Summer 2020 - Update from A&T

Adoption has always been heavy on our hearts and we knew we wanted to extend our family this way. This summer we have been officially waiting 1 year to meet you. Waiting is never easy but the Lord has given us patience and hope during this time because in the end our family will be whole and complete with you as a part of it. We are so excited to finally meet you and we praise Him because you are fearfully and wonderfully made. We pray for you everyday and we know God’s hand is over you, protecting you, until you are in our safe hands.

We knew going into our adoption journey this experience would be costly, but that was not going to stop us from bringing you home and getting the privilege of being your parents. Although we know every child is priceless, we are so thankful and blessed that there are organizations out there like ABBA Canada that can take away some of the financial hurdles. You can’t imagine how grateful we are with the selflessness of people donating to help families like us going through an adoption. Your donations and prayers are a blessing, and support bringing together families like ours.

To our fellow brothers and sisters in the Lord, we ask that you continue to pray for not only our journey of bringing our child home but for all of the other families on similar journeys to ours. There are so many vulnerable children, longing to be cared for, in need of forever homes and we continue to lift those precious children up in prayer.
